Your membership gives you rights to use our hosting server and use the expertise of the partners affiliated with jvwebpartners.com.

Domain names

All domain names purchased by JV Web Partners will be owned by JV Web Partners for a period of 12 months. At the end of this term, you may notify us if you would like to re-new your domain name and at that point the transfer of ownership will belong to you. If at any point you would like full control of your own domain name that is currently owned by JVWebPartners, you will be required to pay a re-imbursement fee of $10.

If you currently have a domain name that you would like to use with our services, you may. Please point your DNS to:

Hosting

We will provide hosting with up to 1000 emails, 50GB bandwidth, and 5GB disk space. It will be at our discretion if we feel that this is being taken advantage of in anyway and JVWebPartners will have the right to take down the site at anytime without warning.

Types of WebSites

We will not tollerate any sites that pertain to Pornography, Racism, or any other sleazy ventures and will promptly remove the site without warning.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. We will refund your FULL money within the first 30 days of registration. If you choose to cancel your site after that time, you may at anytime but no refunds will be rewarded. If you pay for a new month and decide to cancel the day after your monthly payment then you will have that full month regardless if you remove your site or not.

We will be issuing more precise terms & conditions in the near future but the basic terms will remain the same all-though we reserve the right to change these terms with no prior notice.
